About Hairmivo

Hairmivo provides hairstyle previews, hair color edits and optional face shape recommendations. This policy describes the data used by these features. You can browse local examples without uploading a photo.

Photos and facial information

You select photos using the system picker, or take a photo after granting camera permission. Hairmivo receives only the selected photo, not access to your whole library. The most recent selected portrait is stored on this device until replaced or cleared in Settings. On-device checks may locate facial outlines to assess framing and image quality; they do not identify you. When you choose cloud face analysis, the selected portrait and language are sent for processing and a face shape report is returned. These results are styling suggestions, not identity verification or medical advice.

Cloud AI processing and recipients

A photo is uploaded only after you explicitly enable the photo-processing consent control and start an AI task. Hairmivo receives the processed photo, selected style, color or other requested editing parameters and may send them to contracted AI subprocessors. The Hairmivo server selects and audits the processing route; model names and provider endpoints are not sent to or selected by the app. Photos and generated results are stored by the configured hosting/storage service to deliver the task. Read the processing and retention information before each upload. Declining leaves local browsing available. Upload consent does not grant advertising-tracking permission.

Account, purchases and service records

The service creates an anonymous account with an identifier and session credential. The credential is stored in the iOS Keychain. Apple-signed transaction data and an app account token are sent to Hairmivo to verify purchases, subscription expiry and access limits. Apple handles payment; Hairmivo does not receive your card details. Task identifiers, selected parameters, status, usage and error records support delivery, security and billing. The server also rate-limits account creation using a keyed hash of the network address.

Retention and deletion

The upload screen shows the current Hairmivo retention period for input photos and results. Expired files are queued for removal. Delete an individual task in Library, or request deletion of all cloud photos in Settings. Account deletion revokes service access and queues associated photos and reports for removal. Minimal subscription, accounting and deletion records remain in the current service; these are separate from photo content. Storage cleanup retries if temporarily unavailable. Copies you export to Photos or share with others are outside this deletion. AI providers may apply their own retention rules; deleting in Hairmivo cannot recall a request already sent to a provider.

Your choices and tracking

This version does not include advertising or cross-app/site tracking and does not request ATT permission. You can change camera and photo-add permissions in iOS Settings. Photo-library selection uses the system picker and needs no broad library permission. Clear the saved portrait in Settings. Every new AI task requires photo consent; you can leave the switch off to stop new uploads. Contact the operator through the configured support channel for privacy questions.

First-party feedback and product statistics

Hairmivo records predefined product events and feedback categories to understand feature use and improve the service. Feedback can indicate identity mismatch, an incorrect style, color change, image errors or face shape recommendation issues. Events and feedback are associated with your current Hairmivo account. They do not contain photos, facial vectors, URLs, authentication tokens or free-text personal content. This is first-party product analysis, with no advertising or cross-app tracking. Raw server records are retained for up to 30 days. Pending records on this device are kept for up to 7 days. Deleting a work removes its associated records; deleting all works or your account clears the associated telemetry, feedback and pending queue.

Task notifications

Notifications are optional. Hairmivo requests notification permission only when you choose to enable them. Denying permission does not prevent generation. When configured, the notification service associates this device’s notification token with your account to send task updates. Notification payloads do not contain photos, image access URLs or analysis conclusions. On account deletion or switching, local task notifications are cleared and the old device registration is removed. Notifications are based on actual task states; delivery depends on system permission, connectivity and push-service availability.

Personal color analysis

When you explicitly choose personal color analysis and consent, Hairmivo sends a normalized photo, the requested language, fixed analysis instructions, the response schema and a random attempt identifier through its managed service and may use a contracted AI subprocessor. Hairmivo does not include your account ID or subscription information in this processing request. The server asks the subprocessor not to store the response; this is not a guarantee about the subprocessor’s own retention. The report describes photo quality, lighting and white balance, then tentative warm/cool, light/dark and saturation directions. It does not identify you or claim a definitive seasonal color classification. Input photos and reports follow the task retention shown before upload (service defaults: 24 hours for input, 7 days for reports). Deleting the task or account, or report expiry, removes the report and queues associated assets for deletion. If the source image is unavailable, report-based try-on is disabled. When this capability is off, only local guidance is shown and no analysis photo is uploaded.

Service providers and analytics

Hairmivo is operated by Shanghai Qingmu Technology Co., Ltd. Photos and requested edits may be processed by our contracted AI service gpt.ge. Cloudflare R2 stores input and generated assets privately; Cloudflare also hosts this website. Google Analytics for Firebase processes app interactions, an anonymous Hairmivo user identifier, purchase events, app/device information and language to help measure product use. Hairmivo does not send photos or facial analysis reports to Firebase Analytics and uses no advertising identifier. Google applies its own service terms and retention settings; deleting a Hairmivo work does not automatically delete records already processed by Google. Apple provides purchases, device attestation and optional push delivery. Our infrastructure and service providers may process data outside your country. AI-provider retention follows the applicable provider arrangements; we do not promise zero retention by third parties.
